FWH exists to bring hope, freedom, dignity, and stability to desperately poor communities in underdeveloped countries. We help create empowering environments in the communities we serve that foster hope for a better future. We seek to solve the problem of endemic poverty and promote total community health for those communities we serve. The members of our organization are empowered by this vision that honors the dignity, diversity, and worth of everyone.  This is our calling.
